We provide a custom digital sign-up link. Coaches or team managers pick their own slots based on their game schedule, so the board never has to manage a master calendar.
Is there any paperwork for our coaches?
None. We use a QR-code registration system at the field. Your coaches can focus on the kids; we’ll handle the registration, payment, and direct-to-home delivery.

I’m Julian, the owner of Orchard Street Studio. As a local coach and parent here in Northern New Jersey, I’ve seen first-hand how chaotic photo day can be for volunteers. I built our sports division to fix that—combining professional lighting with a digital system that respects everyone’s time.
